1. Mountain dinner in Plumachit
After a 20 minutes ride on a snow scooter (14 people by rotation of 20'), your nightly arrival at a cosy, typical restaurant will be illuminated by torches. After a very tasty meal with specialities of the Valais region, a gentle ride on sledges will bring the participants back to the village. Minimum 20, maximum 40 persons.
Other possibility : to combine the "Fun sledge run Aminona" with this program. Max. 90 pax. persons.

2. Wine tasting in a castle
A wonderful night: First, you taste local wine specialities of the Valais in a wine-cellar, then a delicious fondue or raclettes in a grand historic house next door! A night like no other! Maximum of 200 persons (rooms of 45, 35, 60, 15 + restaurant 65 seats), maximum 50 persons in the wine cellar (rotation possible).

A specialist of cheese will introduce you to the secrets of the Swiss cheese. Then you start cooking at your table the cheese fondue: preparing the pan with a clove of garlic, to grate the cheese, etc. Which table's fondue is the best?

4. Snow Bar
After the "hard" work, let's enjoy the reward! We build for you a real snow bar. The snow bar is very much appreciated as a welcome event, too.

5. "The Mountain Bar"
A bar - no - a spectacular event which will be an unforgettable souvenir for the participants.
At once, in the middle of nowhere, the Alphorns start to play, the St. Bernard dog, "The Mountain Bar", made of ice and bales of straw come into sight and wait for you to be discovered. Torches and finish candles illuminate the location and give it a special atmosphere.
It is an ideal and creative event for whatever moment of the day, for example upon arrival at the hotel, after your meeting, after dinner on the way back to the hotel, etc. The "Mountain Bar" offers a moment of relaxation and the possibility to taste local specialities.

6. Wine tasting & gastronomy in an old fortress
Down the hill with the spectacular little train, called "le funi", into a typical village of the region. After a short walk of 15 min. through the vine yards, you can taste different local wines presented by the producer himself. Dinner will be served in the castle of the 12th century.
